Ambition Creations specializes in custom apparel, personalized gifts, DTF products, tumblers, accessories, and handmade creations.
We make every effort to display product colors, images, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays.
Many of our products are handmade and/or made-to-order. Minor variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of custom products.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products at any time
- Limit quantities purchased
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
SECTION 3 – CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of custom products, all customized or personalized sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a verified production defect
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, sizing, names, colors, and shipping information before placing an order.
Ambition Creations is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect sizes, or incorrect shipping addresses.
SECTION 4 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders may be canceled due to:
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing
- Product availability issues
- Incomplete payment information
- Violation of these Terms
Once production begins on a custom order, cancellations may no longer be possible.
SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including taxes and shipping fees where applicable.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Refusal of future service
- Collection efforts
- Legal actions were permitted by law
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Ambition Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Events outside our control
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and contacting the carrier regarding delivery issues.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when applicable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate our policies.

SECTION 9 – USER CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
By tagging Ambition Creations on social media or submitting reviews, photos, videos, or testimonials, you grant us permission to repost, share, publish, and use such content for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit.
We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Shopify payment systems and social media platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.
